More US orders went out this morning, so they should be arriving for some of you tomorrow and for others in a day or two. If you ordered a Portland or South America poster, your order has not been packed...those posters are a little bigger and we need to cut down the oversized tubes from 30" down to about 26" (it's better if there isn't so much room in the tube for the posters to possibly move around in), shouldn't take too long. We are going to start packing all the international orders tomorrow night and will hopefully have most of them in the mail by the end of the week. So if al goes well, everything should be in the mail by next week and on it's way. 

About 70 tubes went into the mail this week, and some have started arriving. If you don't get yours in the next few days, fear not...there are more on the way. Unfortunately due to customs and the longer process for international orders, those will probably ship a little later...all the US stuff will arrive first (it's the easiest to slap postage on and get in the mail). Processing all the orders has taken some time, but now that that is all done, it's basically just getting posters into tubes...which will take some time considering the amount of orders, but this week and next week they should start appearing at your homes...

Unfortunately there were still some bugs in the system as some of you are aware...some of you were charged muliple times for your order. If you sent us an email in regards to being charged multiple times, we have recieved it and of course will refund the double charge. Things have still been pretty busy, not only with the site but with day jobs, and it's taken us a lot longer to tend to everything then expected, so if you have not recieved an email or a refund, don't worry it's coming. There are only two of us here, and were trying to get it all done as quickly as possible. Please understand that this isn't amazon, and there isn't a fleet of customer service workers answering emails and shipping orders. This first sale will take a little longer to get orders out and repair all the issues that might have happened, like double charging. By the end of the week, everything should be taken care of and orders will start shipping out. Sorry for the delay. 

After a long time and a few pitfalls, the site is finally up and running. Thank you very much to everyone who has waited patiently to get some posters...it's been quite a process to get here. Speaking of processes, due to the inital launch and sale of a lot of posters that have been stacking up for a while, it may take some time to get all the orders packed and in the mail. We'll do our best to get them out to everyone as quickly as we can, but please understand it may take a bit longer then most are accustomed to in this day and age. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery, we'll try and get them out faster then that, but if we can't please be patient and understand there are a lot of posters to pack and ship. 

So there is an issue with people creating accounts from non-US countries. Thanks to everyone for letting us know about this problem. We are working on it, and will send out an email when it's resolved so everyone outside the US will be able to set up a proper account. Until then, don't try to set one up with improper information in the phone, zip, or state columns...just wait til we fix it. 

Unfortunatley, due to a miscommunication on the part of Paypal, I will be unable to make posters available for purchase until the beginning of next week. I was under the impression that since I have complied with all of their requests for my application process I was approved, however they have decided that they need even further information other then what they originally asked for. So until paypal approves my application, I cannot accept payment.
